- Pre-Order Cancellation: Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the manufacturing process begins on April 20, 2026. After this date, your pre-order is considered final and moves into the production queue. You will be notified via email well in advance of this lock-in date.
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@viridialab.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Condition: The device must be returned in its original condition, in the undamaged original packaging, and with all included accessories and documentation.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Warranty: This return policy is separate from the Babbeleaf Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship.
