These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Viridia Lab website ("the Site") and the purchase and use of our products, including the Babbeleaf device ("Products"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or purchasing our Products.

2. Eligibility

When you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
An account is required to process pre-orders and manage shipments of the Babbeleaf device.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders for Products are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on product availability or inaccuracies in product or pricing information.
All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account in accordance with the prices and billing terms in effect at the time a charge is incurred.
5. Pre-Orders
Orders placed for the Babbeleaf device are pre-orders for a product with an estimated shipping date. This date is an estimate and is subject to change due to factors including, but not limited to, manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, or force majeure events. You acknowledge that placing a pre-order does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or any Product:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

The Site, its original content, features, functionality, and Products are owned by Viridia Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without our prior written consent.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRIDIA LAB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
