At Viridia Lab, we believe in building trust and confidence by providing products that stand with you every day. That’s why every Babbeleaf device is backed by our industry-leading Limited Lifetime Warranty. The Babbeleaf device is protected by a Lifetime Warranty, while the test leads and clips are covered by a 1-Year Warranty. All Viridia Lab products are designed and assembled in the United States.

Before you begin the process of obtaining warranty or repair service, please call us at 1-888-473-LEAF (5323) or email us at support@viridialab.com to speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable support technicians. Often a product might appear defective, or to malfunction, only because it is being used improperly or requires a simple adjustment. One phone call to our experienced support staff just might get you back running quickly and easily! Viridia Lab will repair your Babbeleaf device at no charge. Battery, charger, test leads, and clips are not covered under this warranty. The covered repairs are limited to non-mechanical components that have NOT been subjected to abuse, misuse, or neglect. Damages incurred by intentional abuse, misuse, or neglect, may be subject to additional charges.

International Orders

Outside of the continental U.S., shipping charges are higher. Call us for an estimate of the shipping charges to be returned to you via e-mail. International orders must be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover).

Return Procedure

Do not send the battery charger, test leads, or clips, only the Babbeleaf device.

Viridia Lab will issue a Return Authorization Number and a Shipping Label. This information will be sent to your email address you used when you registered your account. Simply print the label or present the QR Code to your shipping service provider.

Note: Viridia Lab cannot be responsible for items lost in transit to Viridia Lab.
